    • What is your return/refund policy?

      A product other than a part is not normally returnable unless under special arrangement with HMD. We can only accept parts for return if purchased from one of our entities, and we reserve the right to decide if the product is eligible to be returned. Any part that is accepted by HMD for return will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge on the invoice price paid.
